More Sewing Fun

In the girls' closet was a boring jean dress that even Libby never wore when she was little enough. So today I sewed a butterfly on it and turned her underpants into some bloomers.

Here she's concentrating on showing me her karate kick. (Hey, when you're trying to get a 1-yr-old to hold still for a picture, you do things like that.)

This is a dress I made for Libby. It's all wrinkled because she wore it to church but I forgot to take a picture. The last thing they need is more dresses but I just can't stop myself.

Cute-a-rama.

When are you doing all this sewing?

Very, VERY cute! How did you make that dress? Did you find the fabric like that or literally piece together all the little squares? A lot of work! And again, very impressive! (Are you nesting or something?)

I'm always struck by what a "mini Karina" Avery is! Amazing. And I don't think she looks at all like Lib, who is ALL STEVE. That's how it goes, heh?

Kudos on the sewing--so creative!

I don't know how I've missed the fact that you have a blog...I have read Steve's before, but didn't know you were writing and sharing all of these fun things. You have such a gorgeous family! Your girls are as stunning as the little California cousins from my memory...

Your sewing just amazes me. You are truly talented. Those little girls just are adorable, just like their mother.
